This year’s Health Datapalooza saw conversations and keynotes that inspired and challenged us. The work is far from done, and we have a lot to do in the year ahead to catapult this movement forward. Here’s a short recap of what happened, in case you missed any of it.
Day 1
Esther Dyson, founder of HICCup, opened Health Datapalooza 2015 by discussing Way to Wellville.
On skeptics of Way to Wellville: “My focus is not trying to persuade people that it will work. My focus is on making it work.”
George Freeman MP, Parliamentary Under Secretary of State for Life Sciences, UK Department for Business, Innovation and Skills and the Department of Health, also spoke about the state of innovation in the UK.
